there i was, happily serving all the little kiddies with their masks and other bits and pieces necessary for trick or treating! Suddenly, half the lights went out!! Had to continue the rest of the afternoon in semi darkness! Spose it helped add to the general atmosphere of the occasion! Think people thought we had done it on purpose! Perfect timing though! P.S. does anyone know how to get into a circuit breaker box and what to do once you manage to do so??

went to my sons graduation ceremony in Winchester yesterday. My eldest sons fiancee was also graduating at the same time and in the same subject so it was a double celebration. We all went out for a meal afterwards and it was a great day for everyone.

Am on a high this week!! Something i have been worried about for months now was finally resolved last friday! So i can finally stop stressing out and enjoy life! Plus its my Birthday at the weekend and the celebrations are being spread over the next week so life is looking good!!

bought a new kitten last weekend! She isabsolutely gorgeous and of course running around into everything! Nice to have some good news for a change as its been all doom and gloom here lately! Went to my sister-in-laws funeral yesterday which was so emotional. Rest in peace cathy.

my youngest son went off to university on saturday. seems to be settling in ok so far. he was in the pub when i spoke to him on the phone so guess hes happy enough!!
