Well another quick entry as I just wanted to let everyone know that baby and mum are doing just fine. He is small and squidgy, kinda wrinkly and pink and smells wierd but pretty cute, in a new born baby kinda way.
Her kids never new what was happening as she was at the hospital when they woke up, I had gone back to the house to be there when they woke up so gave them the news......excited was not the word, bless them!
She came home with the baby about 12 today. She still looked lovely and her hubby looked like a rabbit caught in headlights, they'll be better once they get some sleep. I haven't had any yet so that will be a blessed relief tonight.
Love you all and a very, very, very Happy Christmas. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well I've just got back from Milton Keynes after having dropped the kids off with their dad for Christmas. Lots of hugs and cuddles, and although I don't have much of a break from my bobbins so am usualy quite glad of the respite, it was different this time because I won't have them for that exciting time of Christmas morning.....wrapping paper everywhere, too much chocolate, something suitable on the tv. I know they probably would've fought about something and I would've been frazzled by 10.30am, but I miss them already. I shall chat with them on the phone though and lucky kids will get 2 Christmas' as I will give them the full works when they come home as well - so we've all got that to look forward to.
Still not too sure what I'll be doing though, either an Under the Duvet day or I'll knock on somebodies door and say "Hey, where's the port?" ha ha.

Well, while the kids are away I'm going to keep my eyes and ears open for any snifter of a party that might be on this week. What an opportunity!!

Everyone have an absolutely fabulous time.....whether you are on your todd, being loved up, in the bosom of your family or with a big bunch of chummy mates (I am of the latter, all of you lot!) All the warmest wishes of the season, get out there and do some wassailing!!!! NJ xxx

Well, what an interesting and pleasant day I've had folks. I spent the afternoon in company of Mr Tungsten and over a good pint (take note Mitty) of ale, enjoyed some friendly banter on events past, present and future. The recent escapades of our latest shindig were fairly high on our list of conversation topics and gave cause for much hillarity (I apologise now for any singed ears today but was all in good humour, honest!).

After a bowl of hearty, homemade pumpkin soup and another drink we decided a nice walk, to blow the cobebs away would be in order.

The Broads scenery is always stunning and the sun was being quite tricksy with the clouds. Thankfully Mr Tungsten was patient enough to wait for me to snap a few pics on route, so we passed the time, admiring the locallity and having an enjoyable chinwag.

We made our way back to the car park, wishing we'd worn wellies and with a gift from Norfolk left on Tungstens car windows.

Good to have friends

Thanks for the most excellent company

Guys, I am chuffed to bits to find so many wonderful people all in one room.......how lucky is that. What a perfect evening, starting with the squealing (necessary when recognition set in), followed by serious hugging, which I think was more important for us girls, as we were just so pleased to see each other at last, good for the blokes to meet each other too but there was lots of manly handshakes going on there.

We ladies, glammed it up then a few of us, as you have read, decided we needed to bond just a little bit more. Screams, shouts, giggles, singing and a lot of swearing (we spoke in caps lock), ensued but we braved our traumatic forced imprisonment. I would like to thank Apple, Sue, Lou, Inch and Honey for the best inmates one could hope for in such circumstances!!

After a most convivial dinner, with much wine and champagne being spilled, mopping up was a pre-requisit of the evening I think, to be handed those flowers by Hemm was lovely and very touching for me and Ms A.

Then the DISCO!!! Never knew there where so many good dancers on site, Alpha and Tungsten were revelations on the dance floor and Inch out boogied everyone, even the staff joined in the fun and cut a dash under the lights. Apple and Mitty only had eyes for each other which was very smiley (especially when Ms A tried to do some table lap dancing but never made any money as she fell off and wouldn't keep still long enough for the fivers to be tucked in her jeans). I had a warm and snuggly smoochy dance with Mr Alpha, which made me quite smiley and what with Trixie and Tall Guy, Hemm and........everyone! A lot of good feelings where spread about.

We kept Mr DJ spinning the decks till 1, well Apple did say something to him (not sure what though) we retired to the very comfy lounge area, where we carried on the frivolity (reclining this time though) and Tall Guy definitely entertained us with his acting ability, birds, angels who knows! His guessing was an amusing feature too (see Alphas diary). I think the Christmas tree will have a permanent lean now, as after Trixie, Tungsten and Tall Guy had played with it for a bit it looked a little.........relaxed!

I don't think we hit the sack until around 3 - 4 oclock , and after a stonking good brekkie in the morning we chatted about forth coming events, maybe in the embryonic stages of thought processes, but plans are nearly afoot!!

All my love to everyone and thankyou all so much for being so warm and chummy and making a great night, SPECTACULAR!!!!!! NJ xxxxxxxxxxx
